Scent Droplet Cashback — At a Glance
- Earn 5% back as Scent Droplet Store Credit on qualifying purchases.
- No minimum spend — eligible orders earn cashback from the first dollar.
- Cashback is calculated after discounts have been applied.
- Shipping does not earn cashback.
- Gift card purchases do not earn cashback, but eligible products paid for with a gift card can earn cashback.
- Store Credit payments do not earn further cashback.
- Cashback is issued after your order has been successfully paid.
- Cashback can be used immediately on another order. If your original order is being sent by courier and has not yet been dispatched, you can place the new order using Pickup at checkout so we can combine it with your existing order and avoid an additional freight charge, where possible.
- Each new cashback credit is valid for 3 calendar months from the date it is issued.
- Promotional periods may offer higher cashback rates from time to time.
- Scent Droplet Cashback is store credit only and cannot be redeemed for cash.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Scent Droplet Cashback programme.
Scent Droplet Cashback allows eligible customers to earn 5% back as Scent Droplet Store Credit on qualifying purchases. Scent Droplet Cashback is issued as store credit only and is not cash.
By earning or using Scent Droplet Cashback, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Cashback Rate
Eligible purchases earn 5% cashback, issued as Scent Droplet Store Credit after the order has been successfully paid.
There is no minimum spend required to earn cashback.
Cashback is calculated and rounded to the nearest cent. If the calculated cashback amount rounds to $0.00, no store credit will be issued.
2. Eligible Payment Methods
Scent Droplet Cashback may be earned on qualifying purchases paid using eligible payment methods, including credit or debit card, Shop Pay card payments, Afterpay, PayPal and gift-card payments.
Payments made using Scent Droplet Store Credit do not earn further cashback.
Where an order is paid using a combination of Scent Droplet Store Credit and an eligible payment method, cashback is calculated only on the eligible payment share of the qualifying purchase.
3. Eligible Products
Cashback is available on qualifying Scent Droplet products.
The purchase of a gift card does not earn cashback.
However, a gift card may be used as payment towards eligible products, and eligible purchases paid using a gift card may earn cashback in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. Discounts and Promotional Codes
Using a discount code, coupon or other eligible promotion does not automatically disqualify an order from earning cashback.
Cashback is calculated on the qualifying product value after all applicable discounts have been deducted.
If a particular promotion has different cashback conditions, exclusions or rates, those conditions will be communicated as part of that promotion.
5. Shipping and Tax
Shipping and delivery charges do not earn cashback.
Any tax charged separately from the eligible merchandise amount does not earn cashback.
Where GST is already included in the advertised price of an eligible product, that GST remains included in the product value used to calculate cashback.
6. Customer Details
To receive Scent Droplet Cashback, the qualifying order must be associated with a valid customer record and include an email address.
Orders placed using only a telephone number, without an email address attached to the customer record, are not eligible for cashback.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the contact information associated with their order is accurate.
7. When Cashback Is Issued
Cashback is awarded after the qualifying order has been successfully paid and the applicable Scent Droplet Store Credit has been successfully issued.
Cashback may not appear immediately after checkout. Processing or technical delays may occasionally occur.
8. Cashback Expiry
Each new Scent Droplet Cashback credit expires three calendar months from the date it is issued.
Each cashback credit has its own expiry date. For example, cashback issued on 16 October 2026 expires on 16 January 2027.
The expiry date shown against the applicable store credit balance or transaction is the applicable expiry date for that credit.
Any cashback remaining unused after its expiry date will expire and will no longer be available to spend.
Store credit issued previously without an expiry date remains subject to the conditions that applied when that credit was issued.
9. Using Scent Droplet Cashback
Scent Droplet Cashback is issued as Scent Droplet Store Credit and may be used towards eligible future purchases from Scent Droplet.
Cashback has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account or payment card, or otherwise redeemed for cash.
Any part of an order paid using Scent Droplet Store Credit does not itself earn further cashback.
10. Refunds, Cancellations and Order Adjustments
If an order that earned cashback is subsequently cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, reversed or otherwise adjusted, Scent Droplet may adjust or reverse some or all of the cashback associated with that purchase.
Cashback adjustments following refunds, cancellations or other order changes may require manual processing and may not occur automatically at the same time as the refund or cancellation.
Where cashback associated with a refunded, cancelled or adjusted purchase has already been used, Scent Droplet may make an appropriate adjustment to the customer's available or future store-credit balance.
11. Duplicate Credits, Errors and Incorrect Calculations
Scent Droplet reserves the right to correct, adjust, cancel or reverse cashback that has been issued incorrectly, including cashback resulting from a technical error, administrative error, duplicate transaction, duplicate issuance, incorrect calculation, fraudulent transaction, misuse or abuse of the programme.
Where an obvious error has occurred, customers are not entitled to retain cashback issued in error.
12. Promotions and Special Cashback Offers
Scent Droplet may occasionally offer different cashback rates or special cashback promotions.
Any additional conditions, exclusions, eligible dates or alternative cashback rates applying to a particular promotion will be communicated separately as part of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard Scent Droplet Cashback rate is 5% on qualifying purchases.
13. Availability and Changes to the Programme
Scent Droplet may amend, suspend or discontinue Scent Droplet Cashback in the future.
This may include changes to the cashback rate, eligibility requirements, eligible products, payment methods, expiry periods or other programme conditions.
Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the Scent Droplet website or other appropriate channels.
Valid cashback already issued before a programme change will remain subject to its applicable expiry date and these terms, except where an adjustment is required because of a refund, cancellation, error, duplicate issuance, fraud or misuse.
14. General
Scent Droplet Cashback is provided by Scent Droplet for purchases made through eligible Scent Droplet sales channels.
Participation in Scent Droplet Cashback is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions clearly stated for a particular promotion or transaction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
